To ensure a seamless experience when prepaying for treatments through our online shop, please review the following guidelines:

Booking & Payment Rules:

+ Prepayment Validity: Clients must book their prepaid treatment within 3 months of purchase.

+ Treatments on monthly promotions must be booked within the month of purchase or the following month. (Example: If purchased in March, the appointment must be scheduled for March or April.)

+Non-Refundable: All prepaid treatments are final sale and non-refundable but can be transferred to another service of equal value.

+ Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule their appointment. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiting the prepaid amount.

+ New Clients: If required, a skin consultation must be booked before receiving certain advanced treatments like peels, microneedling, or laser.

Appointment Booking:

+ Purchasing a treatment online does NOT automatically secure an appointment.

+ You must manually book your appointment through our online booking system after purchase.

+ Availability is limited, so we recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.
