SKIN CO AESTHETICS POLICIES

Welcome to Skin Co Aesthetics. We are committed to providing the highest standard of service and care. Below are the policies that guide our operations and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all our clients.

General Appointment and Clinic Policies

Deposit/Credit Card Requirement: An active credit card on file is required to book any appointments at Skin Co Aesthetics. This ensures the smooth processing of payments and adherence to our clinic policies.

Changes and Cancellations: Appointments must be changed or cancelled at least 48 business hours in advance to avoid a $150 cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full appointment fee plus the cancellation fee.

Late Policy: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling or a reduction in your appointment duration, which could result in late cancellation fees.

Treatment Downgrade Policy: If you arrive and choose to downgrade your service to a lower-priced treatment (e.g., from an advanced treatment to a basic facial), you will still be charged the full amount of the originally booked service. This ensures our team is fairly compensated for the time reserved and prevents financial loss due to last-minute changes.

 

We appreciate your understanding that your appointment is more than just time — it’s preparation, staffing, and product allocation that happens behind the scenes.

Orders, Packages, and Refund Policies

All product orders must be placed online and can be shipped or picked up locally. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is ready for pickup or shipment. You will be notified when your order is available.

Skin Co Aesthetics is a by-appointment-only clinic. For the privacy and comfort of our clients receiving treatment, please do not arrive at the clinic without a scheduled appointment. Unannounced drop-ins, knocking on the door, or calling out from outside are disruptive and will not be accommodated.

We kindly ask that all communication regarding pickups or appointments be made through the appropriate online channels or by contacting us directly. Thank you for respecting our space and our clients’ experiences.

Treatment Packages: The recommended time frame between most skin treatments is 2–4 weeks, and must be completed within the recommended intervals. Treatment packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must adhere to scheduled times to avoid forfeiture. Failure to follow the prescribed treatment schedule may result in the forfeiture of your package.

Refund Policy: No refunds on products or services. If a product is damaged upon arrival, please inform us on the day you receive it so we can address the issue promptly.

Mandatory Skin Consultations

A mandatory skin consultation is required before booking any advanced treatments to ensure personalized treatment plans and safety.

VIP Membership Policy

Billing Details: Your membership fee is automatically charged monthly on the original sign-up date. Please note that membership fees may change without prior notice due to factors such as rising costs, inflation, or adjustments in service offerings. By maintaining your membership, you agree to the updated fees.

Membership Services: Enjoy one select treatment each month. Unused treatments do not roll over to the next month. You can continue redeeming services as long as your membership is active and payments are current. Membership may be canceled if your account is not kept current, with unused services expiring 30 days after the last payment.

Cancellation Policy: All memberships require a minimum six-month commitment and are non-cancellable during that term. By enrolling, you agree to complete the full six-month membership regardless of usage. Early cancellations or attempts to block payments do not release you from this commitment. If you cancel or stop payment before your term is complete (e.g., enrolling in May and cancelling in August), you are legally obligated to pay the remaining balance for the full six-month period. Failure to make these payments may result in further action to recover the outstanding balance. Please ensure you understand and agree to these terms before enrolling.

Strict Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: A strict 48 business hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to comply results in a $150 cancellation fee. No-shows incur the same fee and forfeit the monthly treatment.

Treatment Precautions: Avoid products with AHAs, BHAs, and retinoids before certain treatments. Refrain from fake tanning for 2 weeks prior to any laser treatment. Non-adherence may lead to sensitive reactions or burns, releasing Skin Co Aesthetics from liability.

Non-payment & Penalties: If payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again within 7 days. Continued non-payment will result in automatic membership cancellation and a $200 early termination fee.

In addition to this fee, you will also be financially responsible for the remaining balance of your unused membership term. This means that even if your membership is cancelled due to non-payment, you are still obligated to pay for the full six-month commitment as agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Please ensure your payment method remains active to avoid disruption of services and additional charges.

At-Home Care & Product Recommendations

At Skin Co Aesthetics, all clients receiving advanced skin treatments are required to follow a customized at-home skincare regimen as prescribed by their provider. This protocol is designed to support your in-clinic treatments, protect your skin health, and ensure optimal, long-term results.

Failure to adhere to the recommended home care may compromise treatment outcomes, increase the risk of adverse reactions, and limit our ability to support your skin journey safely and effectively. As such, Skin Co Aesthetics reserves the right to withhold or discontinue advanced skin treatments if it is determined that the prescribed regimen is not being followed.

By choosing to receive advanced services at Skin Co Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree that your commitment to professional home care is a required condition of treatment. Any deviation from this may result in undesirable outcomes for which Skin Co Aesthetics is not liable.
